Refund policy


Exhange and return:

- You can exhange or return our products within 14 days of receiving the products.
- We only accept unused products that can be sold. For hygienic reasons we don't accept bottoms fitted to bare skin. The product labels must also be in place.
- The right of return does not apply to our gift
- A package that is not picked up is not a return. We charge 10 € for a package that is not picked up. The return must be made to Mercatus Oy, Likolammentie 14, 70460 Kuopio, Finland.
- We will refund returns or differences in exchanges to your account within 5 business days after receiving the return. Refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original payment.

Reclamation:
- After shipment has been received the condition and quantity of products is to be inspected. Possible faults should be immediately informed via reclamation to our customer service address hello@lovanna.fi. Acceptable reasons for a refunds are for example the following: wrongly delivered product, torn or otherwise damaged product or a manufacturing fault.
- Valid reasons for refund are not for example the following: damaged products caused by negligence of product instructions or torns caused by sharp objects during use. 
To retain the products as beautiful and usable for as long as possible, we recommend following product-specific instructions and being cautious with sharp nails for instance.
